I am not sure if this is possible, but I will leave up to you experts. My
questions is: Can you view the Header on a each page of an excel spreadsheet
without print previewing?  How would you do this?
Is this possible? I think this may be a interesting question, but I thought

We have several workstations in my department, all equipped with MS
Office 2004, running on Mac OS X Tiger. One person experimented twice
the following problem, with Excel sheets she received by e-mail.
She can open the document and work with it, but when she does a "save

My macro copies and pastes a lot of data ranges between sheets and the screen
flashes as it does all this.  I know there is a command to not have the
screen flash but I cant find it.  Doesn anyone know it offhand?

I would like to make my row headers show up on all subsequent pages.
Right now the header row is in row1 -- this describes all the info in each
column ..  and is not at the top of each page subsequent page.

Our Office was using 10.4.7 and office 11.2.3 I ugraded all macs to
10.4.9 and Office to the latest offering via auto update (ran it until
