I wish to assign the same paper to my enitre workbook, how would i do this?  
I am using a printer with multiple paper types and sizes and when i have the
entire workbook selected it only changes to the paper i wish to use on the
displayed page.  In other words i am trying to ...

In the past when I recorded Excel macros a small tool bar with buttons to
"Stop Recording" and "Relative Reference" would appear.  This no longer
happens.  I am using version 2002.  Can anybody tell me how to get them back?

I have excel documents that are automatically generated, and I'd like

Let say you have column with 2000 cells. The first 10 have your name, and
now you want full 2000 to have your name without having to do a manual drag.
