I wish to assign the same paper to my enitre workbook, how would i do this?  
I am using a printer with multiple paper types and sizes and when i have the
entire workbook selected it only changes to the paper i wish to use on the

In the past when I recorded Excel macros a small tool bar with buttons to
"Stop Recording" and "Relative Reference" would appear.  This no longer
happens.  I am using version 2002.  Can anybody tell me how to get them back?

I'm using Microsoft Excel 2004 for Mac, Version 11.3 (060914).  For
some reason, whenever I start up Excel, the menu bar at the top of the
screen shows up twice, one next to the other (horizontally).  The Apple
