In the past when I recorded Excel macros a small tool bar with buttons to "Stop Recording" and "Relative Reference" would appear. This no longer happens. I am using version 2002. Can anybody tell me how to get them back?

I have excel documents that are automatically generated, and I'd like to run a macros on them when they first open. I want to store the macro in one separate file, then have it automatically included in all my excel worksheets.
