I am just a starter here. But as the Microsoft website adviced, I did the
essential updates. Due to this my excel cannot start anymore. It's asking for
the XP Office Professional Disk. As I don't have this version I cannot insert

Also, if I manually create a hyperlink, clicking on the new link does

I get a message saying "Unable to create embedded object" when I try to
open the userform in the Visual Basic Editor.
I cannot open the userform which is in an Excel 97 (pc created file)
when opened on my Mac running Office Excel 98.

I am downloading an excel file on Excel 2004 for MAC, that is to be
opened with Windows Excel 97 or 2000.  I receive a runtime error 5
everytime I download the file and the macros cannot be enabled even
though I select enable macros.  Do I need a converter?

I'm using Excel 2004 on the Mac. I'm using MS Query to query an Oracle
database and I want to join a field in the Oracle database to a field in

I cannot seem to find a way to pass an array to a Visual Basic function
from Excel,  All I get is the #VALUE! error result on my worksheet,
telling me that "a value used in the formula is of the wrong data

I can't seem to get labels on my pie chart.  I've created an exploded
pie that has six pie sections.  I have put a title on the first pie
piece but when I try to put a label on the second pie piece, it
overwrites the title on the first one.  What the heck am I doing wrong?
