At work (Windows Excel) I prefer to use keyboard shortcuts for most
things.  However, at home, the shortcuts detailed in mac:excel Help
don't include many of those I use the most.
For example, in Windows Excel I use the following:

With Excel in PC, it is very easy to create web querries by pasting a

I just converted to MAC, and am having second thoughts.
I use Excel, a lot, and have the Windows shortcuts hardwired into my
brain. The Mac has a whole slew of different short cuts, and it doesn't
help that they've flipped the alt and "command key" around.

How do you insert a carriage return / line feed into a cell?  I have some
lines of text that I want to have a empty line between them for readability.
