I have been trying to send an excel file that I created with excel 2004
on my mac running 10.4.6 to my coworkers running windows 2000 using
excel 2003.  Each time I send it to them, the top of the window gets
"cut off" - basically, it's further up than you can see so it's blocked

Is auto refresh in excel a document specific or user specific setting
on a shared document?
If I set the auto refresh to 5 minutes and save the document, should
all users who open the document have this preference/setting or does

I am unable to hide columns in Excel 2004 (11.2.3).  Regardless of the
spreadsheet, I have no "hide" option under Format:Column (though I do
have "unhide" and am able to hide/unhide rows).  I highlight a column
or columns, but do not see the hide option.
