I am trying to copy the formatting, mainly the column width from one
worksheet to another within one file.  I have tried select-all, then
format painter, and select all in the new sheet and paste format
painter.  This is acting funky with the bottom row expanding too much

I am trying to Group dates in a large database to summarize activity by
week. The entries in the database are for only one day each, with

I have been doing work on my MS office for mac/excel.  When I pull the
spreadsheets up on the pc's at work, instead of pics I get a message
saying that quicktime and tiff decompressor are needed.  tiff and gif

Someone was saying to me that there is a way to take two very similar files
and have excel examine them, and let you know what is missing from one of
the files that is in the other file.

I recently switched to a MAC and trying to use spreadsheets created on
a PC.  The problem I'm having relates to the 1904 date systems used by
MAC and the 1900 used by Windows - all my dates are off by 4 years so I
can't create pivot tables because the dates are "invalid" since
