Can anyone tell me how I add a menu item in a single workbook without
it becoming part of the template for all other workbooks?  I would also
like the menu item to be visible to any others receiving the workbook.

My dilemma is that row 1 has a height of 7 to accommodate for a dashboard
of formulae (Subtotals etc for my database). As the header list is also in

Is it possible to rename a Worksheet using a macro? I am running a
macro to move a data sheet to the far right. I would then like to run a
second macro to rename the sheet by copying and pasting a cell value

How can I use MODE in a filtered database. Each time I filter I would Like
to see the most common denominator (value only) in a column. For other:

I have just encountered a problem trying to preview and print a sheet I
have created in Excel 2004 for Mac.
When I try to print I get an input error message:
'The number must be between 1 and 32767

I need to change the default currency from euro to $ , i change the settings
in the "international" preferences on my control panel (OS), but excel still
using the euro currency.  The same thing with the decimal point, excel use a
coma instead a point.

I am creating a web-metrics dashboard for a client using Excel X (on
Mac OS X 10.4.3). I try to be a good cross-platform guy, so I used

With Excel 2004 11.2, I encountered repeated problems with a particular
large spreadsheet with multiple tables in it. Every time I changed
anything in the sheet, Excel crashed.
I removed Office, using the remove office utility, and reinstalled up

I use VBA extensively in Excel on both a Mac and a PC. Recently I added
a lot of code to a particular worksheet and it works fine on the PC,
but when I try to execute on the Mac, I get a "procedure too large"

in OSX.  I've been looking for a nice applescript to convert the
