Can anyone tell me how to put symbols into the axis captions on Excel charts in Mac v.X? On a PC, I can draw a text box, then pull down the "Insert" menu and access the symbols there. This option does not seem to be available in v.X. I need to insert various lower-case Greek

I have downloaded data in Excel format from a PC server onto my Mac OS X 10.3.9. I have Excel 2001. The data in the formula bar of every cell starts with an apostrophe ( ' ) before the text or numerals. I'm trying to sort but the sort function seems to think the apostrophe is

Is there a way of making a series of pie charts exactly the same size not only in the chart area but also making the pie itself the same size and in the same position within the chart area? If so, how can I do this? The setting will have to be done after the pies

I've just started a new job, and of course they are a PC office and I'm a Mac guy. Work requires the use of a spreadsheet (attached as binary) which has macro's in it. But the macro's are not working on my Mac.

I have created an excel document under windows xp/office 2003, this document contains ~20 worksheets, and some vba code behind. Using this excel file on windows works fine. On a macintosh, I cannot save the document ("Document not saved")
