Hello, I have a workbook with some words that I would like to link to pictures on a different worksheet. I know you can easily link from cell to cell by highlighting a cell, then do insert.....Name...Define. You can then create a hyperlink to that defined name.

Is it possible to get the coefficients to a polynomial curve fit without having to graph the data and use "Add Tredline." I am looking for third order polynomials and above. In addition, I have a large data set and would like to generate a set of coefficients for each x-y set.

I get the strange error message whenever I use the Cut or Copy commands. But I click OK ... and then proceed to Paste in normal fashion. So the error message is mostly a nuisance, but perhaps a clue to a problem I should fix. Any suggestions ??
