I have what I hope is a very simple question. I have a large spreadsheet and
want to view the data by column order. For example, one of the fields is
cities and another is zip codes. I would like to be able to view the list so
cities are displayed in alphabetical order, or zip codes ...

My Excel for mac OS X crashes whenever I select a fill color or try to
change fill colors.  It even crashes when I try to remove the fill
color button from the tool bar using the "customize" menu.  Any odeas
as to hwo to cure this bug?

I have just tried to install Excel but everytime I try to start it up
it crashes! Any suggestions???

   When working in excel how many custom views and how many reports can one
enter?
   My excel version is 10.1.6 although the person I am getting this for I
am not sure of her version. (Believe it should be the same)

This is the strangest bug.....  I have a column of dates in one spread
sheet and copy and paste them to a different sheet and the dates change
by 4 years and 1 day,,,,,,  03/05/04 -> 03/04/00  Where can this be
reported????

Has anyone had the experience of buttons disappearing from a worksheet
after the attached macro has run?
This only occurs once in a while, and I have not yet found a pattern.

i have never used Excel before. Does anyone know of a good place to
learn about it. I have the applications and am not sure exactly how to

and the current page number to appear in H44?

I am a (very) new Excel X user working on a Mac OS X.
I have set up a small expenses file and used a cell range from A1 to
H20. I want to save it as a template with just these cells visible.

are not the only objects on the sheet.  On the PC using activex it is a

I was updating sheets for the new year.  I keep lot of my template the same
from year to year, just deleting the items in cells and starting over.  It¹s
easy when using the PowerBook from a keyboard.  The Delete key does the
trick, but how do I do it from the Powerbook keyboard.  ...

I'm using Mac OS 10.3.7 with Excel X for Mac. It won't open an Excel
document directly. I get an error message 10660. If I open Excel first and
then choose Open from the file menu, it works fine. What am I doing wrong?
