I have a list of 4,075 names that I need number in the colum next to it
in consecutive order.  Is there a command that I can use to create this
ordered list so that I do not have to input each, individual value?

using excel - if I enter text into a field which results in the text
flowing over into multiple lines - the field lookd grest on the screen,
but when I print or print preview the lines of text step two characters
to the left every line. Hence the text dissappears off top the left ...

Have files created on a Windows machine in Excel 5/7.  The tables have
many entries with decimal points.

on the PC, I had my "Personal.xls" (macros) and "excel11.xlb" (toolbar)
files in an XLstart folder that autolaunched the files when I started

column A I have a list of box numbers and in B the contents.  For
