.MarkerForegroundColorIndex does not seem to work correctly in Excel 2004. The colors get set correctly in the original Excel X or on a PC but in Excel 2004 it never seems to change the colors. Is this a known bug?

I have a file that was created in Excel X and works great in Excel X but will not work in Excel 2004. Has anyone else seen this or found the cause?

For some reason Excel is giving the following error when I attempt to open a file. "Error in Loading DLL". The file does not load and excel remains open. I have tried search the "help" utility but there is no reference to the "DLL"... Help!

I'm a PC user but I'm using an iMac for a current assignment. How do I turn off the Schroll Lock in Excel on an iMac? There's nothing on the keyboard and no results when I searched Help.

I have a nasty problem in my lab since a few months: some Excel files cannot be opened. When one double-clicks on one of these files, it opens (Quartz animation), Excel comes in the foreground and briefly displays an "opening file..."

I have spreadsheet that uses 280 rows, yet when I scroll down using the scroll bar only the first inch or so represents the used rows. The rest of the sheet is just empty rows. When I drag the slider down to the bottom of the scroll bar I get to row 7756.

I've got some Mac users on both Office X (10.1.6) and Office 2004 (11.1.0). They have been receiving Excel files from PC users on Office XP which are either crashing Excel, or are repeatedly displaying the "Your formula contains an invalid external reference to a worksheet"

I have a person that needs to read my Office XP Excel files (2002). He is running Mac Excel 2004 and the spreadsheets do not come out formated the way they are on the XP spreadsheets. Is there a way I should save the file on the PC version to be read by the Mac version? Please ...

Hope someone can help me with this. Excel refuses to hold on to preferences. The most recent and disturbing issue is with the autocalculation feature. I want to disable it but when I do and quit Excel it reverts to automatic the next time I open Excel.

I'm sure there is an easy way which I have forgotten but I want to be able to print dates like 22nd Feb 2003. Using dd mmm yyy gives 22 Feb 2003.
