a customer has a new iMac with MacOS 10.5.7 and Eudora 6.2.4.
Apps and data were copied from his old G4 with Migration Assistant.
Printer is a networked Apple Laserwriter 16/600 with 250 and 500 sheet

    I have a user who often has messages displayed with the newlines
(can't tell if it's the CR or the LF) rendered as small unfilled boxes.  Could

Is there a way to "embed" a video such that a recipient can open the
message in a browser and view it directly, or does one always have to
send a link?

I just got a new MacBook Pro last week, and tried upgrading to the new
