Changing name in Dominant personality?29 Oct 2007 00:02 GMT11
Occasionally, when sending a message, I'd like to change the name -- or

address in the "From:" line of the outgoing message -- *without* going
to all the trouble of setting up multiple personalities.

Eudora and Earthlink23 Oct 2007 03:33 GMT2
I have Eudora 3.0 which I've been happy with and didn't have a need to
upgrade. Howerver, Earthlink, now has a requirement that I use Eudora 5.0
or higher because of security upgrades.
I went to eudora.com and downloaded 6.0 successfully, but there wasn't a
How to set multiple SMTP ports?21 Oct 2007 17:54 GMT13
I have two personalities, each requires a different SMTP port and neither

First, I'm on a 733 MHz QuickSilver G4 running 10.3.9 w/640 MB RAM, and
using Eudora (ad version) 6.2.3. This version this machine for several

I've given up trying to transfer my Eudora for Mac 6.2 OUT mailbox to
a Windows PC via FTP transfer, as the recipient names are all changed
to my name (the sender), and in most emails transferred, the text is
missing, only the address block gets thru.  I don't get it and have
