Attachments to Trash29 Sep 2006 03:43 GMT9
I've got a filter for one specific mailing list in which I want any
attachments to go to the Trash.  It seems the only way to accomplish
this is to select the "Move Attachments" action and then choose the
.Trash folder inside my home folder.  That wouldn't be so bad except
Junk/ trash27 Sep 2006 17:11 GMT5
Is there any method to DELETE items in the JUNK folder without first having
to move them to the TRASH to be deleted? I'm looking for a one step process
rather than the existing two stage.

Below is a response from a friend. Any ideas what may be wrong?

Xfering address books between versions of Eudora22 Sep 2006 03:35 GMT2
I have Eudora 6.1 on my OS 9.2 iBook and want to move the address book
over to Eudora 6.2 on an OS x 10.4 PowerBook. I've exported my address
book (cvs) and now can't figure out how to import it into Eudora 6.2.
This must be brain-dead easy, but I just can't see it. Any help would
Unicode support?18 Sep 2006 15:02 GMT7
For many years I have used Eudora for Windows, but stopped using it 6
month ago because Eudora doesn't support UTF8.
I am soon making a change of platforms, and going for a mac, and was
wondering if Eudora for Mac has a better Unicode support? So, does
spell checker, 6.2.316 Sep 2006 19:06 GMT2
I just upgraded to (paid) Eudora Pro 6.2.3. spell check doesn't work. I
have checked settings and file locations all around. I called Eudora
support and went through their paces and we did not have a solution
from there end. They recommended that I contact Apple.. that there it
Wrong messages when I open Eudora14 Sep 2006 19:57 GMT7
I have my PowerBook G-4 set up so that it opens Eudora automatically
when I start the computer.
But the In-Box I get on my screen includes dozens of messages that I
killed or answered days earlier. To get the current In-Box, I need to go
Calling an Eudora menu command in AppleScript13 Sep 2006 15:29 GMT1
Hi Eudora/AppleScript gurus
Since I've had no answer to my previous message, I'll rephrase it in
another way:
"How can I launch an Eudore menu command in Applescript?"
Embedded PDF loses some of its content?12 Sep 2006 21:09 GMT9
I embed a one-page PDF vector image (lines, points, text) in a Eudora
email by dragging it into the body of the message.  Most of the image
shows up just fine (before sending), except that a couple of major data
points in the image are missing -- apparently just gone.  (Don't ...
Find duplicate mails10 Sep 2006 05:38 GMT9
After transferring some sent mail back and forward (due to faulty
filters) I suddenly ended up with three copies of some mail in my outbox
(about 300x3). Since outgoing mails don't have message-ID Eudora won't
delete them automatically. Any other way to find suspected duplicate
Not getting ads09 Sep 2006 19:50 GMT3
Currently Eudora is not getting any ads, which is a worry as it may stop
sponsored mode working.
I've checked all the suggestions on the Eudora site, but they don't
help. Specifically,
POP 3 problems08 Sep 2006 20:33 GMT1
Without changing ANYTHING in my settings I now find that when I try to
connect to my Yahoo POP 3 account I get this error:

Possible values for <x-eudora-setting:66> ?05 Sep 2006 21:27 GMT2
Does anyone know what the possible values are for
<x-eudora-setting:66>, i.e. the eudora setting which controls what
Eudora does when a correspondent has requested a receipt for his mail ?
I have not been able to find any information on it, and the dialog that
Eudora question - "extra" file w/sent attachment04 Sep 2006 00:51 GMT11
I have a question for the group.
When I send an email from Eudora with an attachment,   it makes it to
the sender,  but if the receiver is using a PC,   there is a secondary
file that also arrives.  usually only a few kb in size.   this confuses
