My wife just bought a MacBook, and we installed Eudora. She doesn't
like the way all the windows are separate from each other. Is there a
way to make the view a single pane, like the Windows version? Neither
of us has used a Mac before.
blank subjects filled with subject from other message23 Jul 2006 20:24 GMT3
I am experiencing a very strange behavior: if someone sends me a
message with a blank subject, I get it with the subject of a definite
message revceived a few days ago.
Any idea?
[Eudora 3] "HTML mail" handling21 Jul 2006 05:02 GMT21
for many reasons which do not matter here, I am "still" using Eudora
3.1.3 (light) for my home mail account on a Quadra 840AV with System
7.6.
Apparently, when Eudora 3 came out in 1997, HTML mail was the latest and
Errors When Retrieving Mail17 Jul 2006 04:45 GMT4
About a week ago I started getting errors with TWO of my FOUR POP
accounts when getting mail with v6.2.3... sometimes a third account will
get an error but works OK when running again. No recent changes to my
System (Mac OS 10.4.7) so I have nothing to undo. The most persistent
Eudora 6.2.4b416 Jul 2006 04:58 GMT24
So there's a new beta and upcoming release of Eudora, 6.2.4.  Is anyone else
mildly disappointed that they're not testing Eudora 7 betas yet?

Option to alphabetize folders with mailboxes?13 Jul 2006 16:17 GMT1
Is there a preference or parameter to alphabetize mailbox folders and
mailboxes all together (at any given sublevel, obviously), rather than
putting all mailbox folders after all mailboxes?
Thanks . . .
conversion from Windows - can't seem to get it to work.07 Jul 2006 00:18 GMT4
I'm trying to convert Eudora mailboxes from windows to mac.  The
instructions on the Eudora web site don't seem to be working.

Reading Digests?06 Jul 2006 12:06 GMT2
Any tricks to jump from message to message in mailing list Digests
received as single long email messages?
The one I'm currently subscribed to apparently does not arrive in "MIME
Digest" format because I have the "Receive MIME Digests as Attachments"
What filters?03 Jul 2006 16:17 GMT3
Is there a way to find out what filters have been applied to a given
message in one of my mailboxes?

transfer message without closing it02 Jul 2006 10:27 GMT14
This might be a silly question, but checking the settings and searching
the Eudora knowledge database did not give me an easy answer.
I want to transfer an open message to one of my gazillion mailboxes
without it closing on me. It would save me a lot of work in a day with
AUTH when sending01 Jul 2006 09:07 GMT4
I was playing around and configured the SMTP server used by my dominant
personality to require AUTH for SMTP.  Then I decided I didn't want to
do that, so I turned it back off.  But now Eudora "remembers" that
server requires authorization.  Every time I send mail, Eudora puts up ...
