My wife just bought a MacBook, and we installed Eudora. She doesn't like the way all the windows are separate from each other. Is there a way to make the view a single pane, like the Windows version? Neither of us has used a Mac before.

I am experiencing a very strange behavior: if someone sends me a message with a blank subject, I get it with the subject of a definite message revceived a few days ago. Any idea?

| [Eudora 3] "HTML mail" handling | 21 Jul 2006 05:02 GMT | 21 |
for many reasons which do not matter here, I am "still" using Eudora 3.1.3 (light) for my home mail account on a Quadra 840AV with System 7.6. Apparently, when Eudora 3 came out in 1997, HTML mail was the latest and

| Errors When Retrieving Mail | 17 Jul 2006 04:45 GMT | 4 |
About a week ago I started getting errors with TWO of my FOUR POP accounts when getting mail with v6.2.3... sometimes a third account will get an error but works OK when running again. No recent changes to my System (Mac OS 10.4.7) so I have nothing to undo. The most persistent

| Reading Digests? | 06 Jul 2006 12:06 GMT | 2 |
Any tricks to jump from message to message in mailing list Digests received as single long email messages? The one I'm currently subscribed to apparently does not arrive in "MIME Digest" format because I have the "Receive MIME Digests as Attachments"

| transfer message without closing it | 02 Jul 2006 10:27 GMT | 14 |
This might be a silly question, but checking the settings and searching the Eudora knowledge database did not give me an easy answer. I want to transfer an open message to one of my gazillion mailboxes without it closing on me. It would save me a lot of work in a day with

| AUTH when sending | 01 Jul 2006 09:07 GMT | 4 |
I was playing around and configured the SMTP server used by my dominant personality to require AUTH for SMTP. Then I decided I didn't want to do that, so I turned it back off. But now Eudora "remembers" that server requires authorization. Every time I send mail, Eudora puts up ...
