I have the option to delete duplicate messages in 'Really Miscellaneous'
settings checked. There are duplicate messages coming in now and again
(I mean, exact copies) but they don't seem to be challenged by the
setting. Is there some way it has to be invoked manually? Any one else

After 20+ years with Wintel machines, I bought my first iMac Intel.
Now I'm trying to transfer all my Eudora Mailboxes from the clunky ol'
Dell PC to my bright, shiny iMac.  When I copied all the mbx files and
folders to a disk, there was over 350 MB and I'd really like to keep

Yesterday I overdid it on some hard drive spring cleaning and
discovered today that I'd lost my beloved Mishawaka font in Eudora. I
tried to reload it into FontBook, but it just won't go. I even
re-downloaded the font from UMich and it still won't show up in

I have a Palm Treo 600 which I am trying to use in connection with BT
Openworld/ BTYahoo mail. Can someone help me out with the settings I should
use?

My friend in South Africa is on the end of a piece of dry string, and
has problems using Eudora in OSX.
OS9 no problems, modem connects, sends mail, receives mail.
OSX same pop servers etc, sends mail fine, never seems to negotiate with

My eyes aren't what they used to be. I have a 19" CRT and enjoy the

I'm using an older Mac and don't see going to OS X anytime soon. The
hardware is the 6500 with a G3 Sonnet Crescendo 400 card installed, with
128MB memory. With that configuration in mind, I've stopped the OS at
9.0.4.

Any chance cocoAspell could give me Danish and German spellchecking in
Eudora? (6.2.3 paid version on OS X 10.4.5)
Or does Eudora not support this service? (no idea if Eudora is a cocoa
app)

My Eudora is set with the continuous line down the left side to signify
quoted material, which is fine, but if I want to copy an email in that
form to a word processor, it fails to carry any indication across as to
what is quoted and what isn't. Is there some way to do that?  I ...

Since a huge crash, my Eudora asks me each time whether I want to import
settings and does not open my most recent settings. If I do it manually,
I have to go throuogh many messages I have already read.
What do I need to do?

since I changed to Mac OS X (and to Eudora 6.2.x) I found some strange
behaviour of the program. I started using the "sponsored mode" but
Eudora told me once in a while not to be able to download the ads
although the connection to the Eudora server was obviously possible.

I want my In box to be sorted by date and message status.  I know that
one can apply multiple sort criteria by using Shift+Sort.  However, when

I have Eudora 6.2 on my iMac. I have Eudora setup on Imap. I was
transferring some mail from my Dominant to local Inbox. There were
couple junk mails too that got transferred. Now, I was trying to delete
the junk emails from my local inbox and for some reason, it's not
