| delete Eudora ad folder? | 29 Dec 2005 16:43 GMT | 1 |
I am running OSX 10.3.8 and am using Eudora 6.2.3. In my Documents folder there is a Eudora folder. Within that there are many folders. One is labelled Ads. In a paid version shouldn't I be able to delete this folder?

| Combining identical mailboxes? | 29 Dec 2005 02:40 GMT | 2 |
I managed to get into a situation recently where I had two mailboxes with identical names, and apparently identical content, located at different levels in my nested set of mailboxes and mailbox folders. Wanting to delete one of these, but also to be sure I didn't lose any

| Strange date format problem. | 28 Dec 2005 02:32 GMT | 4 |
I have been trying to get Eudora to display my dates in UK format (dd/mm/yyyy), but couldn't seem to get this to happen. I tried changing the settings in Eudora, although they are a little sparse as far as the date format goes.

| Q: Import | 27 Dec 2005 16:15 GMT | 2 |
My G3-Motherboard has crashed and therefore I've installed Eudora 6.2.1 (paid) on a G4-PowerBook from a friend and used it several months. Now I have a new iMac G5, using Eudora 6.2.1 a few weeks and would like to import my address-book and mails from the G4-Powerbook but have no

| mail folder | 24 Dec 2005 00:45 GMT | 1 |
The point is that the mail folder in Documents/Eudora Folder is empty. Coming to think of it I wonder whether this has anything to do with my using Eudora since many years the mail folder on my normal HD is located in the OS9 system folder. I had installed OSX without partitions. ...

| mail folder | 23 Dec 2005 07:25 GMT | 2 |
I am working on an iMac G3 under Tiger. Some days ago I made a clone of my HD on an external hard disk. Everything worked fine with the exception of Eudora, which was completely empty: no settings, no mailboxes nor nicknames. I started to look for the mail folder for

I wrote the following in a message: "...you also stated that you would no longer pursue your claim..." and the words 'pursue your' were highlighted in red. Why is that inflammatory? KS

| Attachments vs files in Attachments Folder | 15 Dec 2005 15:25 GMT | 32 |
While cleaning up some old mail, I remembered that deleting a message does not delete the attachments it brought with it. (This is sensible behaviour!) OTOH, sometimes you really want to get rid of the attachments. I had hoped there might be an option to make Eudora delete the ...

| my Sent Mail moves to my In Box | 14 Dec 2005 22:15 GMT | 5 |
I am using Eudora 6. Sometimes when I send mail, the message gets the check mark but then is transfered to the In Box in italics. It never used to do that. The check marked sent mail was always left in the out box. Now for some reason some get moved to the In Box. Any ideas?

| Signatures not being removed | 11 Dec 2005 09:39 GMT | 10 |
Is it something that all email clients have forgotten about now? I found this at first in Mail, that signatures in replies are not getting stripped any more. I find the same now I've come back to Eudora. This is even when the two clients are the same, i.e. Eudora to Eudora.

| Eudora 7 Development - How's It Going? | 10 Dec 2005 08:04 GMT | 8 |
In April 2005, Matt Dudziak @ Qualcomm announced that Eudora for Mac (v7?) would be rebuilt in Cocoa with support for Spotlight, WebKit HTML rendering, and (I believe) OS X Address Book integration. His best guess was a Fall 2005 release timeframe.
