| Paste without style? | 10 Sep 2004 12:33 GMT | 4 |
Is there an obscure keystroke or an X-Eudora-Setting to enable one that will let me paste clipboard contents as unstyled unformatted plain ASCII text? I hate it when I've copied something from a web site or word processing document or PDF or something and paste it into Eudora and ...

| Secure email with Eudora? | 10 Sep 2004 01:50 GMT | 8 |
I am using Eudora 6.1 on Mac OS X 10.3.5 on an ADSL connection. For one of my accounts, I need to use SSL on alternate ports for both POP and SMTP. The smtp server consistently refuses to let me send anything to anyone not in the same domain as itself. I sent a message to

| Eudora settings changed | 10 Sep 2004 00:06 GMT | 1 |
Curious as to why this happened and if it means any problems. I wasn't able to post this question directly after the problem due to travels and now my old memory isn't crystal clear but I think I have the essence:

| How to print contents of mailbox? | 09 Sep 2004 13:34 GMT | 6 |
I need to print the contents of a mailbox. I don't need to print the contents of each email in the mailbox. I just need to print the summary information that is displayed when you look at the mailbox window - i.e. the table that shows Who, Date, Subject, etc.

| How things comes around. | 08 Sep 2004 19:24 GMT | 3 |
Well, it's back to Eudora then! Having changed ISP in a fit of irrational temper, I find myself subscribed to Wanadoo for a year. Not as bad as reports suggest so far, I got connected in 4 days to 1Mb broadband, and their dialup works

| Eudora crashes on "STAT"? | 08 Sep 2004 17:51 GMT | 5 |
Greetings all, This is rather odd -- Eudora was working just fine until yesterday. During a routine POP-ing of mail, Eudora crashed out with an "Unexpectedly Quit" error.

| Eudora very slow | 08 Sep 2004 14:26 GMT | 1 |
Since the last OS X update (I run OS 10.3.5 on two computers), Eudora has become very slow. Even when sleeping, Eudora eats up up to 60% CPU activity, adn slows the compuetrs considerably. I observe exactly the same problem on the two computers, which have unrelated settings.

| What's the cache for? | 05 Sep 2004 14:47 GMT | 1 |
I have tons of stuff in my cache folder and am afraid to trash it because I do not know what it's for. Do I need all that baggage?

| Trimming junk and trash | 05 Sep 2004 03:06 GMT | 1 |
I love the way junk is trimmed (aged junk of more than 30 days old is tossed). I'd love to have trash handled the same way. That gives me a month to look and undelete if needed. Is it possible to set that up today, or is this an improvement request?

| Transferring 5.2 to laptop | 05 Sep 2004 03:06 GMT | 2 |
I am entirely techno-illiterate, so bear with me... recently, my laptop crashed in a steaming heap and I had to completely reformat. It has a single partition, runs OS 10.2 and all my other files have transferred perfectly. Eudora, however, doesn't.... I've set

| Vcards? | 03 Sep 2004 08:46 GMT | 11 |
isn't Eudora supposed to be able to handle vcards? When someone sends me one, there is nothing there in Eudora. When I use MS Outlook, it is there and I can open it by double-clicking on it. (I am using v6.1.1) TIA

| Transferring Eudora Addresses from older mac using OS 8.6 and Eudora 5.1 to new iMac using Panther !0.3 and Eudora 6.1 | 02 Sep 2004 17:16 GMT | 1 |
I have looked at all items on the strings appropriate or close to this problem back to May2004 with no useful input. I saved my old Eudora folder from my old machine on to a CD. I then loaded this into the new iMac and copied the Eudora Folder (not the

| Can't Print Emails Once They Are Filed | 02 Sep 2004 16:23 GMT | 4 |
I can print emails from my Inbox but not those that are filed. It looks like it's spooling but nothing comes out. I am using a networked printer in an office environment. My Eudora app has been through many changes - originally was 5.2 for OS 9.
