I'm having an issue with Eudora 6.1.1 under OS X 10.3 (although this
problem has existed since at least version 4 with System 7.x) not
retrieving all the email in my POP account with my ISP.  It downloads
most mail just fine, but some of it gets left on the server, and 99% of

do not understand Eudora's instructions...is there a simple way to share
Eudora at home with 2 separate email addresses ?

I downloaded a mailing-list's archive. It came in as .mbox format,
80-something MB.
As that is what Apple Mail uses to store its messages I first attempted
to import it into Mail. It copied fine into the accounts folder but

I've set up a new personality. Trouble is, when I check mail, the new
personalities mail goes into the Dominant In Box. Is it possible to
set up so when I check mail, the personalities new mail goes to a
specified In Box & not the Dominants?

if there is a new unread message, the folder or box (or whatever You
call it) is underlined.
1. If I don't read a message for a long time, this underlinig disapears.
Is that changeable and how?

I'm using Eudora 6.1.1 in sponsored mode with Mac OS X 10.3.5.  The
command "Open in Browser" worked until recently.  Now nothing happens.  
What can I switch, change, push, or fix to bring back this useful

Hi, I have version 6 macintosh of Eudora.
I have been using it for many eyars.. but recently it just freezes upon
starting the program up but only after it's loaded a certain number of
windows already. it always freezes in the same spot.

More and more incoming emails seem to be arriving recently with multiple
blank lines -- from 3 up to 5 or more blank lines -- between each
paragraph, sometimes even more between end of message and sender's name.  
(Seems to have some correlation with being in small type face.)

I recently upgraded from Eudora 4.2 to version 6.1.1 on my classic
(9.2.2) Mac. I followed the installer's suggestion and let it
over-write my previous settings, and it does seem to have converted the
mailboxes and filters correctly. However...

After a computer crash, every time I start up Eudora it gives a dialog
box stating that "we can't figure out which mode you want to use.
We'll default to sponsored" or something like that.  Then it goes to
the Payment and Registration dialog, where I choose "sponsored mode".
