Need some urgent help please.

and now Eudora is not letting me send out messages.
The error I'm getting reads:

SMTP authentication in Eudora 4.2?11 Jul 2004 07:43 GMT1
My ISP is about to switch to requiring SMTP authentication. I'm using
Eudora 4.2, and am very reluctant to upgrade. Unfortunately, it appears
that 4.2 does not support SMTP authentication. Is there anything I can
do to provide the authentication within Eudora or "outside" Eudora ...

use.

that appear in their alerts for "You have new mail" [the pigs] and
"You have no new mail" [rabbit in the hat].
