I upgraded from EP 5.x to 6.1. When sending mail, the Task Progress
window does not open as is does when receiving mail. It used to open
when sending mail in 5.1. Can this be fixed?

I've sought an answer to this question in the FAQ, at Qualcomm, and in
previous postings to this list, with no luck.
I'm using Eudora 5.2 under under Mac OS 8.6.
I can't work out if there's a way to have Eudora remember passwords for

 I used to be able to see an attached picture or text in Eudora if I wanted to when attaching. Since OSX and Eudora 6 it seems I can only attach it. Is there a way to change this? Thanks.

How can I accomplish this? I found instructions on the web for hebrew with OS 9 putting a Mac iso plugin in the Eudora stuff folder. I did this and also tried it in the Plugins folder to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks.

    In incoming messages, sometimes the font size is small. When I click the
Edit button (top of message window) and check the font size (Edit>Text>Size),
it shows Normal. When I re-select Normal, font in the message re-sizes to
large, now truly Normal size.

Hey there.
Does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut for showing/hiding the mailbox
drawer? I haven't been able to find one, but I know that doesn't
necessarily mean there isn't one. (I'm using 6.0.1.)

How might one set Eudora to automatically "Open in Browser" html encoded messages?

I'm a registered, paid-for user of Eudora Pro 6.1 for OS X, and I
received a request from an individual who runs a mail-->news gateway to
which I am an extremely frequent poster.

I am having a problem retrieving mail with Eudora, where the program quits when trying to retrieve mail. I was told to increase the memory, which currently is at about 14000. The program doesn't allow memory changes. How can I reset this? Thanks.

Why is the text in Eudora not antialiased? I use Verdana 11 as my normal
font and have set the anti-aliasing limit in System Preferences to 8 pt
and in TinkerTool for QuickDraw based apps to 10 pt.
Furthermore, in MacSoup text is antialiased (where I use Andale Mono 12

I'm trying to use Eudora Pro 4.2 to do simple body text filtering but
it won't work.
It looks very straight forward. And I have filters set up for
Subjectlines, etc., that work just fine. But the "body" request

It used to be that I'd read messages on the server (say, with pine),
then be able to tell which I'd read when I downloaded them to Eudora
later: no bullet meant I'd read them on the server, a bullet meant I
hadn't.  6.1 puts a bullet next to all of my messages, so I don't know

I have just installed Eudora v 6 on a Mac OS X and imported from a laptop.
All that worked fine - there's just one niggly problem and that's that the
history list does not work.
I have ticked the box to expand nicknames, but Eudora is not remembering any

I am getting so frustrated it's killing me!
I had Eudora 6.1 and the thing kept quitting on me as I was going
through my emails.  So, I decided to pull the upgrade (came out 5-19)
and it still is doing the same thing.
