| keyboard equiv for blah blah blah mode? | 18 Apr 2004 21:57 GMT | 5 |
I would like to make some quickeys that use Eudora (I'm using v5.2.1) be able to switch on the full-headers mode without having to click on a specific button. . . . . simpler if there was a keyboard equivalent to clicking the blah blah blah button on the current message. I also

| Filtering attachments/Eudora 6 | 18 Apr 2004 17:53 GMT | 8 |
I'm using Eudora 6 with OS9.1. Junk mail filtering is working very well. However, the recent flurry of junk with attachments (.pif, .scr, .exe etc etc) is becoming a nuisance. The attachments are all ending up in my normal attachments folder. The email carrying them is ending up ...

| Convert from Windows to Mac | 18 Apr 2004 09:33 GMT | 4 |
A colleague has switched from Windows to a Mac (YAY!) and has a large volume of email in her Eudora Windows mailboxes. Does anyone know of a way to convert the mail from Windows to the Mac? To push it even further, how about converting her large collection of filters?

| Not so intelligent filter reports... | 17 Apr 2004 09:58 GMT | 1 |
WHen you have several IMAP-accounts it is very difficult from the default filter report to realize on which account you received a mail. The problem is that filter report just says Inbox 1

| typing slowdown fixed?? | 16 Apr 2004 15:52 GMT | 7 |
I'm still using 5.1.1 because the "upgrades" following this version all seemed to have a problem where text appeared on screen about 5 or 6 characters behind my typing (and I'm not that fast of a typist). Does anyone know if this has been fixed in 6.1?

| Exporting the Eudora mailbox | 16 Apr 2004 15:44 GMT | 2 |
I am an Earthlink user and would like to export the Eudora address book to their webmail address book. However, there seems to be no way to do this. Earthlink requires a .csv file and specifies outlook or Yahoo or MSMN. I tried exporting from Outlook Express and Entourage, but it

| "Check mail automatically only when connected" doesn't work | 15 Apr 2004 16:34 GMT | 3 |
Eudora "checking mail automatically only when already connected to the internet" is a feature, I have learned to love in version 5.1.1... But now, after upgrading to 6.1 (on MacOS 9.2.2) it doesn't work anymore - even though all the settings (i.e. in "Internet Dialup" and "Checking

Xpost to two Eudora Groups I have recently been in meetings where the concept of changing packet information has been discussed. The idea is to alter the outbound packet (software) so that it never lands on a server as a final

| Different attachment behavior in Eudora 6.1? | 15 Apr 2004 00:01 GMT | 1 |
Anyone know if Eudora has changed its behavior with respect to storing MIME attachments as of the new version 6.1? Before, I thought Eudora permanently detached attachments from stored messages. Now, I think I'm seeing that Eudora retains those attachments.

| Eudora turning into junk | 14 Apr 2004 22:48 GMT | 4 |
I'm on a G4/Sawtooth with OS9.2.2. I have been tried to upgrade from Eudora 5.1.1 and with every new version upgrade I've had to give up. I had high hopes for v6.1, but I'm having the same problem with the previous upgrades: When I check mail for my Dominant account, I get this

| Eudora breaks threads | 14 Apr 2004 21:29 GMT | 5 |
Internet mail messages, defined by RFC 2822, can contain either or both of the headers In-Reply-To: and References:. Mail readers can use these to construct "threads", sets of related message organized into trees where a child is a reply to its parent.

I have moved from one computer to another- no problems in general. Problem is, Eudora has forgotten the path to the files in my attachments folder. (for incoming & outgoing messages) This is a larger problem when wanting to forward messages I have
