Eudora has suddenly stopped saving my outgoing mail. I have "keep copies" checked, have no filters on outgoing mail, and I have trimmed the "OUT" box to a few hundred messages. Using Eudora 6.02 with Mac OS 9.2, although the problem started with

Concurrent with upgrading our family's systems to Panther, we have switched away from paid Eudora to Apple's Mail program. Conversion was easy using Eudora Mailbox Cleaner (http://homepage.mac.com/aamann/Eudora_Mailbox_Cleaner.html)

Have just consolidated 3 partitions into one, and since then am unable to receive mail with E.6.02. I used Carbon Copy Cloner, repaired permissions etc. and everything else seems OK. The error message I receive is:

If I drag a Word attachment from the email to the desktop and modify it, the attachement that is left in the email gets modified too. So, basically, unless I immediately copy that attachment to a backup folder, I will lose the original. Not good.
