Logfile for filters?31 Jan 2004 02:06 GMT1
Is there any kind of logfile for filters? I'm having trouble with my
spam filters and can't figure out why some non-spam emails are being
detected as spam.
Search With Google29 Jan 2004 23:10 GMT1
I¹m using OS X 10.3.2 and Eudora 6.0.2.
Under the Eudora menu->Services->Search->Google shift Command >. All one
is supposed to do is highlight a word and press Shift Command > and a
Google searc will be performed. Except it doesn't work. If the menu is

can't receive after strange bomb29 Jan 2004 14:59 GMT4
I have Eudora 5.1, OS9.1, PowerMac 8200/100. Yesterday I had a Eudora
bomb (latest of various bombs/freezes lately). When I restarted I got
the mysterious message "STR#id100 was corrupt and had to be repaired.
Should be okay now". Also found my Eudora settings had been deleted
Eudora address book to Palm28 Jan 2004 16:54 GMT4
I use Eudora 6 on a Macintosh.  I have LOTs of data in my Euroda address book
that is not in my Palm, and vice versa.
Any recommendations for utilities that will let me swap/synch data
(painlessly) between my Palm database and my Eudora 6 address book?
Panther/Eudora-- any issues?28 Jan 2004 16:37 GMT9
I am about to upgrade from Jaguar to Panther.
I use Eudora 6 sponsored (The Beta version which still allows Junk
filtering in Beta--although I actually do not use that feature.)
Will there be any problems/issues when I upgrade the OS? I read on a
pdf files28 Jan 2004 14:08 GMT2
I have recently changed from PC to MAC and am generally pleased.
However, using Eudora  on the PC,  when an in-coming e-mail shows an
attached  .pdf file as an icon,  I can click on it and it comes up in
Acrobat.  Can print it from there.
Setting classic memory allocation28 Jan 2004 09:52 GMT2

Classic under Jaguar.
We are forced to run Eudora as a Classic application as there is no
OSX PGP plugin.  But it's griping about memory...
funny, did you know Eudora...28 Jan 2004 06:34 GMT1
... Eudora speaks out RFD as "request for discussion" when it is in the
subject-line of a message and you have a filter action with speak
subject on?
I wonder where Eudora gets those abbreviations from. Is there a whole
Problems sending link28 Jan 2004 05:29 GMT1
It seems that often when I use I.E. 5.1.5 to "send link", i.e., email
the web page address I'm on to someone, Eudora often only imports a
portion of the web address, but not the whole line. I can confirm this
by viewing the address window in IE, and copying and pasting the link
E-mail sent to wrong user, though nickname is correct.28 Jan 2004 05:29 GMT2
Hi, I have problem with an Eudora user that has me going bonkers.
I have a user (mac os 9.22) who's Nicknames keeps on reassociating
with other e-mail adresses. So when she types in a Nickname, the
correct name will be listed, but when she sends the e-mail it will go

Junk Mail/E626 Jan 2004 14:34 GMT8
Another annoyance I'm having is that emails from my sister are
consistently parking in the Junk folder.
I've marked each and every one as "Not Junk" ... for the past two months
now.
Junk Mail Window26 Jan 2004 12:47 GMT5
Is there a way to prevent Eudora from announcing new mail and opening
the Junk window when there is no non-junk mail?
Eudora and Applescript - select a message.26 Jan 2004 03:21 GMT2
this should be a simple one, but I'm missing it somehow... I need to
select a message in a mailbox, so that my script can act on it
(assuming that there is no message currently selected/highlighted).
I though something like this would do it:
