I can't for the life of me figure this out. If i'm just looking at my address book i can get it to sort by First Name. However, if i'm creating a new email, or forwarding one, etc...

The following problem began from the moment I upgraded to Snow Leopard.
I use Entourage 2004 and downloaded the very latest version. Inside
Entourage, when I try to open a .jpg image attached to a message, this opens
Preview app but the image is not visible whatever settings ...

My co-worker got some very strange problem with her Entourage IMAP account.
1. When she reply a certain mailadress (that is in her adressbook) it don´t
move to "sent items" but to junk box. When she then mark it "this is not
junk mail" it then moves to the inbox.
