When I open Entourage often, but not always, starts with checking and 'updating' the database for no reason. Takes as much time as booting the whole computer. Pretty annoying. I have mentioned this here before, and several ways to fix it were mentioned

I have Entourage 12.2.1 and OSX 10.6.1 I can no longer add words to my Dictionary during spell check. The add option is grayed out. What is the fix for this?
