I'm using Entourage 13.0 (EWS) and I've discovered that the auto fill-in
feature (address lookup) does not display entries from the global address
book if there happens to be a similar name in my personal address book. For
example, I have several Smiths in my personal address book ...

I get this repeatedly in my console log, which I'm monitoring for Snow
Leopard incompatibilities.

I have a user on OSX 10.4.11 with Office 2004.
While she was editing a Word doc, she inserted a graphic from the default
graphic library, and (she says that) she lost some menus from the menu bar,
