When entering items into calendar and saving it automatically adds an hour onto the time. I checked system time and entourage time and both are correct.

If I archive my Identity to a .rge file, will it include the messages that
are in my Exchange mailbox as well as the folders on my computer?
Can I make an archive, delete messages from my Exchange mailbox and retrieve
them from the archive at a later date if needed?

I have all the sounds turned off in 2008 version 12.1.5; OSX 10.5.6 fully
updated. I keep getting the new mail sound. I have tried deleting office
and reinstalling; no go.
Anybody know where the pref. file for this is stored.

A friend who has Entourage 2004 had a hard drive failure and had to
reload the OS and office from scratch. A data recovery firm was able to
recover most of the data from her original hard drive.
