All, Hoping someone can help. I have Entourage 12.1.5 running on 10.5.6 and using a hosted Exchange 2003 server. I have set up comms via the Exchange type (rather than via IMAP or POP3).

How do I sent it up so that it does not set up tiers in my inbox when I read an email. For example, I receive two emails, I read them and leave them in my in box to respond later- they get moved to another tier in the in box
