I am running Entourage on a Macbook pro and an iMac synched via
Exchange server.  When I add an appointment in one (or the other for
that matter) and add a category, the category and corresponding color
survive the sync processes.  Is there any way to set the receiving

When I shut down Entourage, all of my messages are purged from the trash. How do I prevent this? I don't want them deleted from the trash.

I recently configured a new Macbook with Entourage 2008 to run with
Intermedia's exchange email.  Everything is working fine but when a
calendar event is entered in OWA it shows up an hour later in
Entourage's Calendar on the laptop.  Any help here would be much

This morning I went to delete emails from the Delete Folder and I get this
message:
Entourage cannot open the item due to an error.  It states I should restart
and then try again.  I have done that a number of times.

"now updating calendar" keeps spooling at the bottom of entourage.  When I
click on my calendar all items appear and disappear at random. I run updates
regularly. I just want it to stop spooling!

I can't seem to solve this one on my own. I work on the West Coast but
live on the East Coast. If I'm on the East Coast (3 hours difference)
and send a meeting invite in iCal to my colleagues on the West Coast,
