This request has been going on for some time. Has ANYONE actually found a
solution yet to be able to export from Outlook and create a PST that is able
to be opened in Entourage...or even just on a MAC OS X?
If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Within less than a minute of posting either Calender events, or calender appointments, they disappear. In preference, my 'delete all non recurring events' option is not ticked.
