I was making several changes in tasks in Entourage and turned off the Save Changes? notification. How do I turn it back on?

Due to an annoying problem I had to remove my exchange account from
Entourage 12.1.5 and recreate it. When all emails where synchronised
again from the server to my client, I noticed that all links between

When I "Reply All", it includes me. Is there a way to keep me from being
included in "Reply All"?
