When I send a letter, Entourage adds a few lines to the top with Subject:.
Date:, From:, To:, Conversation:, and Category:. The last two seem useless,
and pick up their values from Subject and Directory. Is there a way to
remove them?

I have some messages forwarded from my office mac to my home mac so I can
see them whenever they get in. For example, I get emails from paypal when
I'm paid for something. At the office, these messages are in html and look

I need to edit the subject line of some emails, especially receipts so I
know in the future what it was for, not just "Thanks for your order".
But after the last update or so, I can't seem to find a way do this. Am I
missing something here?
