When I open Entourage I get a window asking for my Mac verification but when I enter it I get a message that says "verification failed". I think I'm entering the correct password and I need help.

I have 1 user (out of 30) that is occasionally getting an HTTP error -18600
when trying to send an email. They are using Entourage 2008 12.1.1
connected to an Exchange 2003 server.
The problem is very intermittent and after some time the email will send

All the other folders are fine, but when new messages come in they don't show up in the inbox. Any thoughts or ideas? It's a bit annoying going to webmail, then deleting, then back to Entourage and moving ...

Is there a way to synchronize categories on a shared calendar?
Like we have a sales shared calendar, can a user modify the shared calendar
and mark them with different categories and will it reflect on other user's
entourage when they open the shared calendar?

With multiple user accounts can you enable entourage on all accounts with the same email address, so all users can access the same inbox etc?

Is it possible to search ONLY the body of a currently open message in
Entourage 2008? Using the conventional approaches yields program wide
searches that seem to only locate a word of interest to a certain e-mail,
but I need to narrow this down further into a very long e-mail ...
