After installing SP1, I noticed that Entourage tries to outsmart links that I receive in e-mail. Specifically, I'll get links like: http://www.site.com/app.dll?View&I=12345&T=1

Can anyone give me advice on how to delete a spam piece of mail from my deleted folder? When I try to do this I get "unknown error 4362 occurs" It feels like an invasive piece of spam that won't delete. I've never had this issue before. Any help please?

When I transferred my Comcast Emails into Entourage they started self-duplicating leaving me with over 18,000 emails. When I contacted Microsoft they said there's nothing I can do other than physically delete each one. Is there anything else I can do to streamline removing duplicate

I am having a problem where the inbox folder shows 20 unread messages in bold, but all of my messages have been read. When view unread messages only, no messages are displayed yet the unread message count next to the inbox won't go away. Anyone else experience this problem?

When you opened an email that was in your SEND folder in Entourage 2004, it gave you the option of resending the email. Is that feature no longer available in Entourage 2008?

I have checked the "synch" buttons in Preferences in Entourage, but dates entered in iCal do not transfer into Entourage 2008. Is this possible? If so, how do I "synch" my calendars between iCal and Entourage so that all info is the same in both?
