After updating Leopard to 10.5.1, whenever I try to go to the calendar,
Entourage hangs. In the Activity Monitor, the Database Daemon is indicating
that is not responding. If I run top from the terminal, the command that is
using the same PID shows up as LaunchCFMApp and it ...

I just upgraded and am stunned to learn this... a serious, woeful development and error on the part of Microsoft. Too many problems. I will not, for a moment, consider using the sync services that involve iCal, Mail, etc. I want my conduit back! This is ridiculous. I'm sitting

How do I get the Entourage address book to see my Distribution Groups on my
Exchange Server? I would have thought this would be visible without any
problems. I have Exchange 2007 and Entourage for Mac 2008

We have a situation were we need to delete a specify email from the Exchange
server. It was sent to 2000 internal uses and is 3 megs in size and is
killing our bandwidth on or slow T1 line.

Hi,
Everytime I create a new message (HTML) the character encoding is set to Default, the problem is that if I don't change it to UTF8 the receipients (yahoo, gmail, Outlook client) get strange character. Is there a way to set UTF8 as the default character set ?

Like some others here, I have been very frustrated by the difficulties
of syncing Entourage 2008 with a Palm device. In addition I have been
experiencing instability with Office 2008 that I never had with 2004,

Entourage had a problem when receive email.
I see the status showed "message remaining to be received: 10" and then the
bar will hold on this status very long time.
So I quit Entourage and then open it again immediately, those 10 emails was

I'm loving Entourage 2008, but I'd love it even more if I could create saved
searches that are a little more fine-grained (e.g. "(category is A OR b) AND
due date is today"). Is there any way to do this, perhaps with an
AppleScript?
