| After updating to 12.1.0 | 14 May 2008 22:30 GMT | 1 |
I did manage to update my OFFICE 2008 more or less satisfactorily. As per the initial MVP warning, I DID have to retype in my passwords for the various accounts. More noticeably for was the change in the layout of the Incoming Mail. Until

| Why no auto-archive? | 14 May 2008 22:01 GMT | 1 |
Outlook has (and has had for a long time) a very functional auto-archive process. Why does Entourage not have anything remotely like this function? The File/Export... seems to be an all-or-nothing deal, as far as I can determine. No flexibility at all.

| .pst file equivalent? | 14 May 2008 21:58 GMT | 1 |
How can I open an external file in Entourage so that it's equivalent to opening a .pst file in Outlook? For example, what I'd like to do is export a pile of old messages that are taking up room on the Exchange server, and rather than move them to "folders on my computer", move them ...

| Autocomplete message text | 14 May 2008 15:12 GMT | 2 |
Here's the problem. When typing an email, Entourage has an annoying autocomplete feature that I can't figure out how to turn off. For example, if I type a sentence containing, say, U.K., entourage automatically capitalizes the next letter after U.K. Entourage also

| How do I see the individual members of an email group? | 14 May 2008 02:54 GMT | 3 |
On windows, using the latest Outlook, I have no problem finding the members of an email group. However, on the Mac OS X 10.4, using Entourage 2008 for Mac, there is no such feature. Any idea if this is feasible?

I'm sure I knew the answer to this once, but... I just upgraded my parents' iMac from a 333 to a 400 (I know, but they only use it for basic web, mail, and iPhoto). I installed 10.4.11 on the 400, then used the "Transfer data from old Mac?" during the install (the 333 was

| ChronoSync - Corrupted Entourage 2008 DB | 14 May 2008 02:00 GMT | 3 |
I was hoping someone might have some ideas on how to recover or at least prevent a recurrence of my loss of a week's worth of Entourage data. I use ChronoSync 3.3.6 to mirror my MacPro and MacBook Pro. Both run

| Autofill of addresses - alway the wrong one | 14 May 2008 00:48 GMT | 7 |
One thing drives me mad. When I write a mail to one of my friends, he's old mail address alway comes up first - not the new one in my Contacts. This old entry is stored somewhere, but I have no idea to get rid of it.

| Entourage 2008 Fails to Import Entourage X Data | 13 May 2008 22:26 GMT | 25 |
After newly installing Entourage 2008, I have attempted several times now to import information from an earlier version, namely Entourage X. I used Entourage's Import command to do this and can see the old identity listed in the import window. Still, even after the program reports

| Opening a shared Exchange calendar | 13 May 2008 20:49 GMT | 1 |
Exchange 2003. Entourage 2004 and 2008 (tried on both). Until today, I was able to open shared calendars using Entourage. I am still able to view calendars of those mailboxes already added to my folder list, but I am unable to open new shared calendars. The mailbox icon
