I've just encountered a baffling issue and I am hoping someone here
has a solution. I am currently unable to have more than one Gmail IMAP
account in Entourage at any given time. I just updated to Entourage
2008 SP1, but since I didn't attempt to add the 2nd Gmail IMAP account

I have two Entourage 2004 users with the same font issue. When they print an
email message the font is HUGE. Changing the fonts in the preferences seems
to have no effect at all. Even trashing the preferences doesn't seem to do
anything. Any ideas, anyone?

Hey guys. One annoyance of Entourage 2004 is that when I have the
application running but the main window closed, the PROGRESS window pops up
and the activity is shown...ie updating Inbox, Folders etc. I use an
Exchange Mailbox but not sure that has anything to do with it. Thought I

I've been using the recommended backup for Entourage 2008 with my iMAC
6.1. That is use an attached USB drive, and FolderOrg.app to copy the
databases to the USB disk.

I get notifications from an online account that I have. When I view the emails in my web mail client and in Thunderbird I can see the information. When I open the same emails in entourage it is blank except for a horizontal line. I DO receive most html emails with no problem and ...

I tried to upgrade to SP1 with disastrous results...Entourage fails to

I used to see my folder list when I started Entourage and now I have to go to "View" and select it. How do I make this option my default?

Does anyone know how to enable emails sent from Entourage to sync with
Exchange server so that the sent emails can be viewed in OWA or in
Outlook? Maybe this simply does not work.

How do I create a mailing list using a MAC? I don't even know where to start, as i have never sent an email out to a number of people at the same time.

I can't get any mail notification sounds at all in Entourage 2008. They're turned on and don't work. (Yes, computer volume is on and up). Any hints?

Running office for mac 10.4 using Entourage and Exchange 2003.
Users send e-mail via entourage and e-mail is not being received. What log
files can i use on server to see if mail is being sent/received properly for
Entourage.

I'm new to Entourage (using 2008) and would like to be able to view my address book entries as business cards like I did with Outlook. Is this possible?
Also, is there a way to set up Entourage so that when you open a new message the address fields are simply laid out at the top ...
