What are the default categories in Entourage?

Please forgive this long time PC user. I'm brand new to Macs (using a MacBook Pro running Leopard), only for a month. I have successfully moved my Outlook/Palm data over to my Mac and got it to synch with Office 2004 after installing the conduit. Stupid me, I installed Office 2008

Hello. I am using Entourage 2004 (11.3.6), and have discovered an issue with IMAP that I am hoping someone can offer a resolution for, or at least confirm as a known issue.

I have a single email account configured for this installation, and it is an IMAP account. I have a send/receive

Every time I launch entourage, the folder list is closed. I go to view, then check it and it opens, but closes automatically again forcing me to reopen it upon the next launch. Very annoying, this prob. just arose a few days ago- have been using entourage for years and this is a first.

Have just installed Office for Mac 2008. Working fine except in Entourage where I cannot print either by selecting Print from the menu or clicking on the Printer Icon in the toolbar. Can Print from 2008 Word and other Apps with no problem, just Entourage. Help!

How do I change my font in address book? It defaulted to a very hard to read font.

Also, how do I change the font for the "new email" box that shows up in the lower right corner...again...very hard to read font.

I would like to be able to send the same email to the same address [a reminder] every other day. How do I automate this task.

I've just recently purchased an imac to compliment my macbook.

I have set them both up with entouage and sync to an exchange. However, whenever I open entourage it downloads all the emails from all the folers (including sent items) straight into my inbox! It then takes forever

I am using Entourage for my emails for work, and I see that it doesn't allow to recall emails like Microsoft Outlook. Does the latest edition of Entourage have this feature?

We are moving to Entourage 2008 to replace Outlook 2001 (Yikes! I
know!)  and actually so far everything is working well except a few of
my test users get confused because every now and then they click "On
My Computer" for either their mail or calendar which is empty and then

A great feature of Entourage is that you can send an email to a TO DO, but
is there a way to send it to a Calendar date?

Entourage has never given me any problems. But after I got home today, I went to check my email, and it gave me the error message:

Could not retrieve mail.

I found out what error

When I open an attachment in Word or Excel, these programs keep on appending
a new number to the file name.
The first time I open the attachment there is a [1]
The second time, there is a [2]

I was wondering if anyone knows what the significance is of gray mailbox folders. I have an IMAP account listing various sub-mailboxes on the left side of my screen and they all appear normal. When I click on the header for the account the mailboxes then show up to the right where
