I running Entourage 2004 on the Exchange server at work. We have a Shared folder for our team to use, I can see the main folder in folder menu, but I can't see any of the sub folders ?

Anyone know how I can access these ?

Why can't I get rid of this On My Computer sidebar group? This seems to be a
POP3 notion, and I use IMAP and Exchange only. I'd like to not have these
folders cluttering the sidebar.

In Office 2004, I would control-click on the news server icon and choose
"Empty Cache" a couple times a year.    I control-clicked today, but no such
option appeared.
Moved?  No longer necessary?

I'm trying to use Applescript to access email attachments in Entourage
2004. I can get the Attachment object with no problem. However, when I
attempt to get the "file" property of the "attachment" object, like so
    set theFile to file of theAttachment

Hi, is their any short cut keys to do a permanent delete of an email? Right now I have to first delete, and from the deleted file, delete again.

Since upgrading from Entourage 2004 to Entourage 2008, I am receiving 60 - 80 junk mail messages a day. Before, I would get 3 or 4.
The messages are mostly redirect or return messages or out of office messages with my email address on them - emails that I did not generate. I have

It is a pain having to select different signatures for different people or
categories. Is there a way that I can allocate a particular signature to an
individual in my Address Book and/or to a Category? I would have vastly
different signature blocks for close friends, family, ...

when i place a ms2008 on my desktop (leopard), i get the message:
"the application microsoft entourage quit unexpectedly." then i get three options: "ignore," "report," and "relaunch." none of these works. i've tried moving the icons over and copying them but nothing seems to work

We want to switch back to PC's in our office. One computer is using Office 2008, where teh others are using Office 2004. Is there a simple way (or can anyone suggest a good program) that will allow us to transfer from Entourage to Outlook. We have thousands of emails to transfer over.

I have the Home & Student edition of Entourage 2008 and have the following
issues that would love to get resolved (either somebody giving me some tips
or Microsoft correcting them in the next update):
