 I was reloading my Leopard disk (Archive and save) and after completion my
Entourage did not work. I found the program residing on my desktop. When I
put it back in the office folder it came back up. After playing around with
my identities I have all my mail back. I have not yet ...

Is there a way to apply a rule to all the folders in an Exchange account (or
any account for that matter?)
I'm struggling with Exchange server quotas and it would be nice if I could
run a rule that grabs all email from my Exchange account over 60 days old

Somehow I've lost the color's on Categories both on the main menu bar and on right click menu when you highlight an appointment. All I get are the words (e.g.None, Family, Friends, etc.) But no color. I did change the color of the highlight in System Preferences

I am having major issues with the 2000 Microsoft Database Utility v12.0
and would like to know if others are having problems.
I am trying to change from Office 2004 to Office 2008 and had no problem
installing or converting my Entourage 2004 Mail over to Entourage 2008.

I am using IMAP and had set the mail checking rate to one minute. Works fine in Apple Mail.
Entourage often does not check the mails automatically. I often have to press cmd+k to get new mails.
Any hints on that.

 I opened another user's folder in Entourage 2008. Now, whenever they get email, a little notice shows up in my lower right corner. Since my mac is otherwise perfect, is there a way I can either close that user's inbox, or block email notices from that account?

I am getting emails from a certain address, the address is on my "not junk"
list, messages from this address sometimes go to junk mail, sometimes to
in-box, anyone know why this is?
It's an Exchange 2003 account.

I use Office for Mac 2004. Entourage 2004 configured through an exchange server.
When I send emails out, the recipients, who use Outlook, generally complain that my font size shrinks.
When I view the replies, I see what they mean - typically, the font of their reply to me is normal ...

I have a an email that keeps crashing my receiving email. I deleted the original (non attachment file) but it sitll continues to download and the crashes when it comes to end. How I can I delete that file.

Hi. I have just upgraded to a Mac Book Pro, running OS 10.5. When you first start Entourage it sounds the welcome sound and then if you have mail it sounds that notification. After that it doesn't give any sound notifications on any functions. Can anyone please explain. Thanks

I would like to "hot link" a URL in the text of an email. How can I do that in Entourage? I can find no option that allows me to do this.
