Hi there, I cant quite figure out how to get entourage to handle "identities"  Say I have an email account that I can receive mail for 5 different email addresses.  When I hit reply I want to automatically have my "From" email address be equivalent to the address in the "To" field.

I¹m a new Entourage user and I went with it so I could have all Email,
Calendar, Contacts, ... Everything in one program.  The issues that I am
having are:
1) Whenever I move to the calendar portion of Entourage, I get an error

In Outlook, one can choose to view the calendar items in details of 60, 30, 15, 10, and 5 minutes.
You can achieve this by right clicking the ribbon in front of the calendar view and selecting the appropriate view.

Entourage Calendar is by default giving the 30 minutes

I'm using Entourage 2004. I would like to know if in Entourage 2008 you can email notes that you have created?

I would also like to know if Entourage and the other Office apps are integrated with things like iPhoto? For instance in Pages you can open the "Media Browser" and select

I have an email that will NOT delete from my inbox in Entourage 2004. It's not on my server (.mac)... but it will NOT delete! What they hey?

I want to be able to schedule a meeting and invite some one from my contacts, but I do not want to send an e-mail to that person. I just want to have the meeting on my calendar with the information of the contact. Is therae a way to do it?

I am looking for a low budget CRM application for MAC. I know that Outlook for PC comes with Business Contact Manager. What about Entourage 2008? does it also have sort of a sales and business contact manager built-in?

At the end of installing 'Office' I was asked if I wanted to import messages etc. from Apple 'Mail', I said yes but none was imported. Is there something i'm doing wrong

My Office Notifications reminders have stopped. And when Entourage opens, the Office Notifications box that also opens is blank. I think I have too many entries in it. How do I delete or (preferably) archive old notifications/calendar entries in bulk (not one at a time)?

This is one thing I loved about Outlook - the ability to show two time zone scales on the left so I could easily check what time an appointment was with overseas colleagues. Basically it is just another scale along the vertical axis. Is there a reason Entourage omits this? It seems

Entourage is crashing when particular emails are clicked on in the inbox - these look like mails with pictures in them..?

I have entourage set up with my university's email exchange server. It works
fine except for one small problem. (entourage 2004 + leopard btw)
Normally, when I get a new message, it displays on the INBOX of the exchange
folder. Very rarely, it downloads the messages to the INBOX ...

Hi, my '04 calendar freezes when I switch to it.  I've rebuilt the DB many times and tried exporting and importing and nothing works.  I can't live without the calendar.  Any ideas other than buying 2008 (or switching to Mail)? Thanks!
