I have 2 basic problems with entourage
     1- Rules. I set up a whole bunch of rules- None of them seem to
run automatically- ie everything gets dumped in the  in box and
nothing gets filtered

I am an Exchange 2003 admin with little to no background in Macs. (I'm
PC centric) I have a situation that has recently developed in my
environment and I just don't have a clue on how to proceed forward.

When I receive e-mails from on-line shopping or spam, their e-mail address
automatically gets added to my address book.  How do I prevent this from
happening?

Is there a way to adjust the alert volume in Entourage?  It seems when I use
leopard
sound preferences it only adjust alerts for the computer and not entourage?

I would like to use "categories," but the categories that are applied
to incoming messages apparently have to be in the "Address Book [On My
Computer]", while adding contacts (command-=) adds them to "Address
Book [Exchange account name]". Is there any way to fix this?

We are having some trouble with inserting a image link so Entourage
clients can view it. Basically we are using a CRM tool with an email

I've tried searching for this topic with no luck, so forgive me if I'm
repeating a question that's been answered many times before.
I'm using Entourage 2004 for Mac Version 11.2.5 at work. There's a
fellow who's sent a "Reply-To" address that includes two e-mail

I had to re-installed my office 2004 and in dong so I am not able to
retrive all of the Entourage data that is in the copy of the original

Sorry for the cryptic subject header. I am running Entourage 2004 ver
11.3.6 on MacOS 10.4.11. I have 5 accounts set up  in Entourage: Gmail
(POP), Hotmail, AIM (IMAP), Work (Exchange server) and Yahoo Bizmail
(POP).

I'm setting up some new recurring events on my calendar but starting
Monday March 10, 2008 (and for every event I make for after that,

I updated my version of Entourage this past week.  Now none of my
outgoing messages are able to get out to bellsouth.net.  I can send
and receive if I go directly into my bellsouth.net account.  I haven't

I have established a number of rules for incoming as well as outgoing
e-mail. I use multiple mail accounts (hotmail. Gmail, etc) All are POP3 mail

I have a MSN Email account and am using it with Entourage.
Recently I had to re-create my mail accounts.
Since then I am unable to get my "sent" mail folder loaded with messages I
have sent.
