This is a question for the Applescript gurus out there...
I wrote a script for deleting the attachments from a mail message
(below). I'm getting some weird behavior of the message size when
deleting the files by AppleScript, which I don't get when deleting

I want to export about 400 cards from Entourage that my partner can
import into Apple's address book. We want them to go straight into a
smart group or group in Address book. I know if I put a distinctive
keyword in the notes tab in items that I drag into Address Book the

I recently clicked on my Sent Items folder and got an alert that my
database needed rebuilding, so I did so. Now, if I click on Sent Items
for my .mac account, all the items are listed under the Today heading,
even though they represent three years worth of sent e-mails. Going

Why does the from column on the mail list sometimes have the front end
of an email address, an entire email address, or the name of a
deceased spouse?  How do I get a proper name to appear?  The address
cards are all accurate.

Is it possible to switch Identities without getting out of Word & Excel each
time?

Entourage to have two "views" open at once. In other words, I want to

I'm having an issue with Entourage 2004. The Entourage client connects
to an Exchange 2003 SP2 email server. The MAC is running OS X 10.4.10.
The user's deleted items are disappearing from the deleted items

How can I designate Entourage as the default email program? Anytime I
click on an mailto link in Safari, it brings up Apple Mail.

When I copy a word .doc that contains columns, for some reason when I paste
it on a new message it doesn't paste the columns.

Last Friday we installed (Update) Leopard on two MacBooks and
everything worked fine. Yesterday we installed Leopard Server on a
test machine. When we restarted we tied our clients to the Server.
This morning we encountered problems using Entourage and Outlook Web

How do I stop Entourage from removing all the messages from my online Hotmail
account. When I check my emails in entourage, I can then no longer find them
in Hotmail.
I've tried looking through all the preferences, but can't find anything!

All of a sudden I can no longer send to a Mail Group. I get the error
-No such user here, mail could not be sent  Error -17099.
