I am using Entourage with IMAP folders and I would like to be able to view
all the folders under the root (INBOX) when I am offline.
Online everything works fine - no issues.
I tried clicking 'Work Offline' and the folders initially remain visible.

I'm using Entourage 11.3.6 and Exchange 2003 Enterprise.  Everytime I
enter a calendar event on my Intel Mac Pro with Mac OS 10.4.10 it
displays as a Calendar Item on a Windows machine.  It doesn't matter
if the Windows users are using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003.  When a

I installed Leopard in a new MacBrook Pro, and all was fine. Then I
installed it as part of my Family Pack on a new Intel 24" iMac and
older 20" Power PC iMac - and in both cases Entourage came up with a
blank window. Two calls to Mac gave me the dreaded "That's a 3rd Party

I created a "business" card for my signature line.  Current format is
Tif.  I want to add a hyperlink to the graphic so that when you pass
over it with a mouse, it gives you the chance to link to my web site.
Cannot find a way to get this done.

I can send mail, but not receive. If I send a test message, I can't receive
it in Entourage, but it comes in Thunderbird. It's not the settings, because
sometimes it works. I'm using OS 10.4.7, and Entourage 11.3.6. Please help

I run Entourage 2004 on MAC OS 10.4.10.  My hard drive crashed.  I
used Data Rescue II to retrieve data from the hard drive.  I was able
to locate my Office 2004 main identity with over 500 MB of data.  I
was able to rebuild this data on my new hard drive with Data Rescue

I poked around the web site and didn't see an answer for this issue, but I
feel like someone must have encountered/solved it before.
For the third time this month (and probably the 10th time in the last couple
