I'm current switching all my POP emails to IMAP.

I'm haveing a problem with the address book. I'm on an exchange server
and I'm supposed to be able to access global address book through this
server. It's not working I'm only getting the addresses to the
recipitants that I have received emails from of have sent an email to.

Entourage was telling me that there was a problem with the database
and so I Verified and Rebuilt. Now all of the emails in subfolders of
the Inbox (several hunred) have vanished. There is of course the
backup database created by the Rebuild but I'm reluctant to use it

Here are some questions I have since recently  switching from the aging
Palm Desktop. Can you help?
- Is there a way to change the format of all of my phone numbers to be
the same (even for contacts already entered)?

How does one export yahoo addresses to entourage?

I really hope someone can figure this out. I've already posted this on
the Apple support forums, but all I have gotten so far are "me too"
responses with no solution.  Maybe you guys can help.
I use Entourage to connect to an exchange, and I just got an iPhone. I

I am trying to take my Outlook calendar (on Exchanger server) from my
work PC and save it as ???? to import it into my Entourage 2004 on my
home iMac so I can sync that calendar onto my iPhone. I tried a txt
file and a csv file to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm annoyed by incoming mail with coloured or weirdly formatted text,
etc. I found a nifty script that removes HTML but it also requires
"DecodeQP osax" installed to get rid of odd characters. I don't know
what "DecodeQP osax" is, where to get it, or how to install it.

I'm using the latest version of Entourage 2004 and transferring 9 of
my email accounts from POP to IMAP.
My question:  I wish to replicate all of my Folders/Subfolders from
the "Folders on my Computer" to the first/top IMAP folder structure so

I get the error message authentication failed because entourage does
not support available authentication methods.

Very basic question:
My company is considering implementing exchange in a shared PC/Mac
environment. I'm a long time Mac (and Entourage) user who has never used
exchange.

Entourage 11.3.3 with Exchange 2003. When I check "Append File Name
Extensions" the correct suffix is appended (eg .doc) EXCEPT when  the
file name already contains a period, eg "report.final" arrives as
"report.final" and not "report.final.doc" Anybody see this and/or have

My Creative Director has asked me to look into getting all the office
staff (40 people) to have emails that look the same. No more random
logos, pictures, backgrounds or ugly fonts.
So... who here knows how to do that in Entourage?
