Something happened when I was checking mail with Entourage, and now it
will not work.  Eveytime I open it the Progress pop-up window opnens

Is it possible to shut off the mail function of entourage while still
utilizing the calender, task, etc with an exchange server?
My goal is to use Apple Mail for exchange mail and Entourage for
calender and task function with my exchange server.

I haven't had any problems getting email from GMail, but I can't get
it to leave the messages on the server. I have several other accounts
on different servers, and they all work fine.

Somehow I've managed to delete some fonts that Entourage uses. When I
receive HTML emails from some people, everything is now gobbledygook. But if
I forward them, I can read what they wrote. Their emails used to come
through fine.

I need to export my book address (contacts), and I have a few categories...

I have come across an interesting problem with Entourage 2004 (11.3.7)
running on Tiger (PPC) using IMAP. The problem has affected 2 machines

inbox or any other folder when either the user checks email manually

BOLD. I have over 2,000 entries and exporting them to a text file and
doing it manually will take a bit of time. Is there a way to do it

I have two problems:
1) Over the past 2 days, Entourage has been re-downloading emails (I have 2
email accounts). I dump all the emails in the trash, and then Entourage
redownloads all those emails again. Arghh!!!

I'm trying to resolve a problem that occurs when a PC user sends an email
message in MIME format that contains a link for the user to click on. If
that link has a trailing "=" in it, Entourage does not include the trailing
"=" and when the user clicks on it, the user gets an 404 ...

I've got a user running an Aluminum PowerBook G4 (1GHz, 15 inch) with
Mac OS X 10.4.10 (fully up to date) and Office 2004 (also fully up to
date). For security purposes, FileVault is enabled for their user

Is there a way to securely delete e-mails on Entourage? Is there a way
to securely emptying the trash, just like MacOS has a "Secure Empty
Trash?

This occurs on multiple computers, using POP, Exchange, or Hotmail accounts
with Entourage version 11.2.1 running on OS 10.3 through 10.4.10. It's
primarily frustrating at work. It only occurs with some email messages.
Others are fine.
