Since I've had trouble with IMAP, I use POP with a rule, like the one
suggested in the MVP FAQ at
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/cc_bcc_fw.html (Question 4, Option
2), to redirect outgoing mail to an email account that I only open/receive

I saved several important Outlook contacts and e-mails with attachments to a
thumb drive from my old PC (and no longer have access to that PC).
Purchased a new MacBook Pro this week and set up Office MAC 2004 (new MAC
user) but unable to transfer these Outlook files from thumb drive ...

Entourage has suddenly begun doing a few odd things (I've been using
it for over a year without these or any other problems): 1. Junk mail
won't leave the mail list; it acquires a symbol and lighter type, but

I work in a small company that uses an Exchange hosting service to provide
shared calendar and address books, which we all access through Entourage.
This way we all get the updates anyone else makes, and they are available
when we are offline.

I have an email list that I keep track of in both an Excel spreadsheet
and an address book group (in Entourage).  Usually, I first add new
addresses to the spreadsheet, then copy and paste at the end of the

For some reason, many of my calendar entries (all of which are not in
a category) have been duplicated many, many times (~30). I don't

At work I am able to save individual Excel and Word documents to categorized
folders. I created a "Shared Documents" Folder on our server at work, in
Outlook.  The folder appears in Entourage at home but none of the files.
Could this be a preference setting I am missing?
