One minute I'm reading email. I power down. I restart my  computer.
But when I open up entourage... It starts asking me questions as
though it was the first time I opened the software. My whole address
book, calendar, and address book info is completely gone!

I have a project called 'customer contact,"  In that, I view all my
customers in the 'contacts' window of the project.  When I get done
talking to Jane Smith on the phone, I then link a note or a task,
saying 'call back later," or whatever.  However, Entourage does not

For some reason, I am unable to open certain employee calendars off our
Exchange Server.  We have 5 employees in question that need to view
calendars for. I am able to view 4 out of 5 of them.
Here¹s what I¹ve tried so far with no success:

I'm using OSX sync servcies & Microsoft Sync with a fair bit of
success. THere is however 1 issue: the process causes to duplicate all
addresses (Street, ZIP, City, country) in OSX Addressbook. For all
addresses: work & private if available.

I am new to Entourage and it is driving me crazy (trying to get
Outlook Express out of my head and adapt to Entourage....arrrghhhh!).
1) I sent an email with the word CATS in quotation marks. In the
recipient's mailbox it lost the quote marks and had two commas before

Is it possible to turn off the status window wenn entourage sync an
exchange account?
